Minimum Requirements
- Agents must be Casan certified and hold the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® (CLHMS) designation, which is available at a discounted rate through the NextHome intranet.
- To qualify as a CLHMS agent, you must complete the required training and have sold three homes in the top 10% of the market within any 24-month period during your career.
- Only listings that fall within the top 10% of the local market are eligible for this premium level of marketing.
